Senior Attorney

We are currently seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent role that will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse case load, providing legal advice, and representing our clients in a variety of legal matters. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for the law, a strong understanding of legal procedures and legislation, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal ethics. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and active membership in the Missouri Bar

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Prepare and draft various legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, contracts, and pleadings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Negotiate settlements in accordance with client’s best interests.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the Missouri Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on litigation and general liability.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
