Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Engage in discovery, including taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to written discovery.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and provide expert legal advice.
Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
Prepare and present compelling arguments in court.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 10 years of Civil Litigation experience.
Proven trial experience with a successful track record.
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
