Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and corporate real estate.
4. A portable book of business.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
7. A high level of professional integrity and a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused service.
8. The ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure.
9. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate issues and devise solutions.
10. Knowledge of the latest industry trends and changes in legislation.
