Senior Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, providing excellent client service, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work products. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all audit-related matters
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff on audit and accounting matters
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's business and industry, identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff, providing clear and concise instructions and feedback
• Review and approve audit work papers, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with professional standards and firm policies
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling services and additional work with existing clients
• Participate in the recruiting, training, and development of staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed

Qualifications:

• CPA designation is required
• Bachelors or Master's Degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards
• Excellent client interface and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience with audit software and technology tools is an asset
