Step into a leadership role where advanced automation, data center reliability, and large-scale project execution intersect. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead critical infrastructure programs for hyperscale and colocation facilities—managing multi-site efforts with complex controls integration (BAS, PLC/SCADA, DCIM). From early design to final commissioning, you’ll be accountable for driving delivery at speed without compromising quality or safety.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-million-dollar automation and controls programs for hyperscale data centers (20–200+ MW)
- Oversee cross-discipline teams (controls, HVAC, electrical, IT/OT) to deliver on aggressive timelines
- Own project P&L, risk strategy, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment across the full lifecycle
- Serve as the central point of contact for clients, contractors, OEMs, and commissioning agents
- Champion innovative delivery strategies like modular builds, prefabrication, and digital twin modeling
- Drive field execution: RFI/submittals, procurement, FATs, IST, MOP/SOP/EOP coordination, and turnover
- Leverage tech tools such as BIM 360, Procore, and AI-powered analytics to optimize performance and delivery
- Mentor junior PMs and engineers while upholding the company’s culture of service leadership and operational excellence
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in automation or controls projects—4+ years in large-scale (50+ MW) data center or industrial builds
- Deep knowledge of BAS, PLC, and SCADA systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Niagara 4, AVEVA, Ignition)
- Familiarity with protocols like BACnet, OPC-UA, Modbus, and critical facility standards (NFPA 70E, IEEE 3004, Uptime Tier III/IV)
- Proficiency in tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore, BIM 360
- Proven ability to lead under pressure, communicate with executive stakeholders, and drive teams across multiple sites
- Bonus if you hold PMP, CCP, or NICET IV certifications
