We need API masters! Database and DevOps skills will be used daily as you point, poke, and work closely with the rest of the team to create APIs, build Lambda functions, configure databases, and set up infrastructure.

What you will do

• Create applications using Node JS, AWS, and other microservices
• Establish and upgrade infrastructure for our platform using AWS
• Help streamline existing processes with automation and enhance continuous integration
• Mentor others as they learn the best practices to produce improvement in back end development
• Use customer feedback to build new features

What you will bring

• At least 5 years of experience in back end development
• Expertise in Node.js, APIs, microservices and cloud-based environments (ideally AWS)
• Expert in microservices, event based architectures, or serverless solutions
• Experience and passion in leading and mentoring more junior engineers

• AWS Lambda Functions
• ORMS including Prisma, Spring, or Hibernate (Prisma preferred)
• RDBMS systems including Postgres or MySQL (cloud based versions preferred)
