We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in partnering with various departments within our organization, improving our business processes, and assisting in critical decision-making. This is a position that requires a deep understanding of the Real Estate industry, financial modeling, and dashboard management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi software and a proven track record in delivering successful business solutions in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and assess the company's ongoing projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
• Utilize Yardi software for data retrieval and financial analysis.
• Create, manage, and optimize dashboards for tracking project performance and key business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
• Lead the design and implementation of new business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating relevant ideas into company operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Yardi, Power BI and/or SQL software is preferred
• Proven experience in financial modeling and dashboard management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and advancements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to business challenges.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
