Job Details
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
TRAVEL
- Pursue and win new business opportunities aligned with our contract manufacturing services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in automotive, industrial, and electronics markets.
- Create and execute growth strategies that drive measurable results.
- Partner with internal engineering and program management teams to ensure smooth account handover once business is awarded.
- Represent our business at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in business development or account management within global contract manufacturing (EMS/ODM) companies such as Flex, Jabil, Sanmina, Kimball Electronics, etc.
- Proven success in winning new business and closing complex accounts.
- Strong network in relevant industries with established executive-level relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
TRAVEL
- Travel required to customer sites and industry events.
