Job Details
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience litigating commercial disputes.
- Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas or elsewhere in the U.S.
- Portable book of business of at least $400,000.
- Experience drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions.
- Attended court conferences and depositions as first or second chair.
- Experience litigating copyright, trademark, or employment matters is a plus.
