Job Details

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented experienced professional in personal injury case management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the medical workup of personal injury cases from intake through litigation.
  • Review and interpret medical records and reports to support case development.
  • Assist clients with property damage claims and coordinate related documentation.
  • Open and manage insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through.
  • Conduct case intake and background research to support legal strategy.
  • Contact and interview witnesses to obtain statements and build case files.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case progression.
  • Maintain organized case files and uphold strict confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury case management.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury processes, including litigation support.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
