We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented experienced professional in personal injury case management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the medical workup of personal injury cases from intake through litigation.
- Review and interpret medical records and reports to support case development.
- Assist clients with property damage claims and coordinate related documentation.
- Open and manage insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through.
- Conduct case intake and background research to support legal strategy.
- Contact and interview witnesses to obtain statements and build case files.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case progression.
- Maintain organized case files and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury case management.
- Strong understanding of personal injury processes, including litigation support.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
