We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to join our team as a Permanent Senior Manager, Omnichannel/Retail Marketing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in retail, or CPG. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing seasonal marketing strategies, leading a cross-functional team, and overseeing the integration of e-commerce and brand strategy.
Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of experience in retail, CPG, or an advertising agency serving Fortune 500 clients.
2. 2-3 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
3. Strong understanding of customer insights and business analysis, with the ability to leverage these to inform strategy development.
4. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing tools.
7. Strong understanding of e-commerce integration and brand strategy.
8. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
9. Proven ability to develop and execute effective omnichannel marketing strategies.
10. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute seasonal marketing strategies for specific categories to drive customer engagement and sales.
2. Lead a cross-functional team across insights, e-commerce, merchandising, media, creative, and store visuals to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategies.
3. Oversee the execution of category marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand vision.
4. Leverage customer insights and business analysis to inform decision-making and strategy development.
5. Collaborate with e-commerce team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts, creating a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
6. Drive brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
