Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Collaborate with Estimating on material and subcontractor buyouts
  • Review and interpret drawings, specs, and project documents
  • Attend meetings with clients, GCs, subs, and internal teams
  • Submit and track submittals for timely approval
  • Prepare and submit monthly requisitions
  • Approve and sign incoming invoices with Accounting
  • Maintain project schedules using MS Project and Primavera
  • Ensure safety protocols are integrated and followed
  • Perform job costing and financial tracking
  • Manage RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Mentor junior staff and field personnel
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all job sites


Requirements

  • 5+ years in heavy civil construction project management
  • Expertise in site development, excavation, utilities, and infrastructure
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and documentation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Earth Support systems
  • Familiarity with multi-trade coordination across job sites
  • Prior use of Sage 300 CRE and Procore
  • Knowledge of local/state permitting processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
  • OSHA certification and safety protocol knowledge
