Are you passionate about Civil Engineering? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to help design, develop, and oversee a variety of civil engineering projects. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in water resources, transportation engineering, land development, and water/wastewater engineering. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of civil engineering works, from conceptual and preliminary engineering to final design.
• Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization’s established policies and objectives.
• Implement and manage detailed engineering plans, costs, and schedules (including manpower) for new projects.
• Develop and implement complex engineering models and analyses.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and manage the planning and design of projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders during the design and construction phases of projects.
• Provide mentoring to junior engineering staff and assist in the development of future project leaders.
• Prepare and present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, and property and right-of-way descriptions.
• Review government regulations and ordinances to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior civil engineering role.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Proven expertise in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Transportation Engineering, Land Development, and Water/Wastewater Engineering.
• Proficient in design and calculation software.
• Strong project management and supervision skills.
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Willingness to travel as required for project work.
