Job Details

  • Manage a diverse caseload of trusts & estates, business, and civil litigation matters
  • Represent individuals, fiduciaries, public entities, and business clients in local, state, and federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-judgment proceedings
  • Pursue creative and value-driven solutions through settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation when necessary
  • Work closely with Partners on complex litigation matters while mentoring junior attorneys and litigation staff
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Qualifications:

  • J.D. and licensed to practice in California
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to trusts & estates, business, and general civil matters
  • Demonstrated ability to bill 1,800+ hours annually
  • Experience representing fiduciaries, public entities, or business clients a plus
  • Proven trial preparation and courtroom experience
  • Ability to generate business and leadership experience preferred
