We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and highly motivated Senior Client Service Associate to join our Accounting + Finance team. This is a permanent position that provides the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients and utilize Schwab Advisory services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch client service, managing complex financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of our team. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service and developing strong relationships.
  • Utilize Schwab Advisory Services to manage client accounts, execute trades and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying potential clients and opportunities to grow the business.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and changes, continuously updating knowledge and skills.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client service role within the finance or accounting industry.
  • Series 65 licensure required.
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Proficiency in Schwab Advisory services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle complex financial transactions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
