We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our thriving engineering firm. This is a permanent position that will play a crucial role in our company's success. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be part of a team that ensures our compensation packages are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and total rewards. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for numbers, a deep understanding of the engineering industry's compensation trends, and a drive to create rewarding work environments.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
2. Conduct market research to understand current compensation trends in the engineering industry and ensure our pay scales are competitive.
3. Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand role requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
4. Utilize Pivot Tables to analyze compensation data and provide insights to senior management.
5. Manage the annual compensation review process, including budget planning and incentive planning.
6. Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
7. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of pay changes.
8. Provide training and guidance to managers and HR staff on compensation-related issues.
9. Participate in salary surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Compensation Analyst, preferably in the engineering industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of compensation programs, including base pay, incentive pay, and total rewards.
4. Proficiency in using Pivot Tables to analyze large datasets.
5. Experience with budget planning and incentive planning.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts to a variety of audiences.
8. Knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve compensation-related issues.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and HRIS systems.
