What will you be doing?
The senior estimator should be able to oversee all estimating tasks for complete costs-to-build and work closely with the design team to collect approved client options for pricing. The ideal candidate will have an inquiring mind with attention to detail, residential construction knowledge of process and sequencing, and commitment to delivering exceptional projects.

The responsibilities of this position include:
What will you need to be successful in this role?
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience estimating high-end historic preservation, and restoration projects.
Self-performed work is a large component of this position. The position requires the estimator to create a database of internal data from which to generate self-performed work estimates.
Estimating also includes subcontracted tasks.
Big +/ Bonus Points:
Experience using CoConstruct
- Creating, managing, and maintaining detailed estimates/budgets for projects
- Estimating and documenting change orders as projects develop
- Collecting bid packages for review, comparisons, and quality
- Managing vendor relationships
- Working directly with each of our workshops
- Coordinate between field and office
- Submit proposals
