- Own the numbers: Prepare and analyze internal and external financial reports using data from Oracle and across departments.
- Dive into the details: Research and reconcile key general ledger accounts—especially those tied to debt, reserves, and accruals.
- Build the picture: Create detailed spreadsheet reports and perform ad-hoc Oracle and FCCS queries that shape financial insights.
- Keep it clean: Prepare accurate account reconciliations using Excel and ARCS.
- Be audit-ready: Support external audits with precision-prepped schedules and smooth auditor collaboration.
- Stay sharp: Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and SOX requirements.
- Stay flexible: Tackle special projects that broaden your skill set and keep things interesting.
- Keep learning: Stay up to date through continuing education, networking, and professional development.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines technical strength with business curiosity and communication savvy:
- 3+ years of accounting experience (bonus if you’ve handled debt accounting)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Solid experience with Oracle, including journal entries and queries
- Strong reconciliation skills and Excel fluency (ARCS experience a plus)
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong communicator who can work across teams—finance, tax, treasury, and more
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving instincts
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team environment
