Our client, a well known manufacturing firm, is seeking a Cost Accounting Leader to join its growing team - high growth opportunity!

1. Perform regular cost accounting tasks, including inventory valuation, cost of goods sold calculation, and overhead cost allocation.
2. Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

4. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to understand production costs and make recommendations for financial optimization.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in cost accounting and cost analysis.
3. Private equity experience highly preferred.
4. A deep understanding of manufacturing processes and their financial implications.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
6. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
