Job Details

Take lead on toxic tort and product liability defense matters

Manage discovery, motions, depositions, and expert work

Prepare cases for trial and handle strategy with partners and clients

Mentor and supervise junior attorneys

Appear in court and manage hearings as needed

Work independently with minimal supervision

Must be admitted to the California Bar and reside in-state

8+ years of litigation experience in toxic tort/product liability defense

Trial experience is a plus, but not required
