Responsibilities:

As a Senior Credit Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Overseeing the credit management function and ensuring the soundness of the company's credit policies and procedures.
2. Analyzing credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
3. Conducting complex credit analyses, preparing reports, and making recommendations to senior management.
4. Implementing and managing credit control systems and processes.
5. Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and investors.
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to credit management.
7. Collaborating with the sales and customer service departments to resolve credit issues.
8. Monitoring and managing the company's portfolio of credit exposures.
9. Implementing and using CubeLogic Risk Management software to manage and monitor credit risks.
10. Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate potential credit risks.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Credit Manager position should have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
2. A minimum of three years of experience in credit management, corporate finance, or a related role in the energy sector.
3. Strong knowledge of international business practices and regulations.
4. Proficiency in CubeLogic or similar risk management software.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare reports.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Strong knowledge of credit-related laws and regulations.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
10. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
