Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the CRO team’s process to achieve department goals for exponential growth
  • Manage key conversion points and KPIs in the marketing funnel
  • Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan
  • Manage and optimize PDP pages, landing pages, funnels, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms
  • Manage and develop additional CRO Funnel Managers
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for all traffic generation in order to optimize each conversion path
  • Ability to create briefs and assign changes to teams based on test results to optimize conversion paths
  • Increase conversion rates, revenue per visitor, AOV and decrease CPCs and CPA in conjunction with media buyers
  • Create a clear process road map to increase funnel marketing efficiencies
  • Leverage multiple platforms to gather data for analysis
  • Generate comprehensive reports, analyze results and map a plan to improve results
  • Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition

Position Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing CRO strategy
  • Strong experience with web analytics, A/B testing, marketing tactics and growth hacking
  • Proficient in ecomm platforms like Shopify and Clickbank
  • Strong team building and development skills required
  • Good time management skills, self starter
  • Ability to multitask and work cross functional with teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Proficient in google tools (GA, GO, GTM)
  • Proficiency with Hotjar tracking and analysis and other CRO technologies
  • Strong sense of curiosity that pushes you to read, ask questions, research, and dig deep into what makes people tick (understanding of user psychology)
