Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Insurance Services Lead to join our team within our independent insurance agency. This role is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in marketing and insurance, to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives, managing personal lines insurance clients, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how to drive business and marketing performance in a complex and evolving healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase patient engagement, and drive business growth.
2. Manage all aspects of insurance claims, including reviewing, adjusting, and settling claims in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Serve as a liaison between the healthcare organization and insurance companies, ensuring all claims are processed accurately and promptly.
4. Answer and direct calls, demonstrating exceptional communication and customer service skills.
5. Analyze marketing and insurance data to identify trends, measure performance, and develop actionable insights to improve strategies and processes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and healthcare professionals to ensure alignment of marketing and insurance initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to marketing and insurance in the healthcare industry.
8. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the marketing and insurance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing and insurance, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Proven experience as an adjuster or Independent Insurance Adjuster.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
6. Proficient in using marketing software and tools, as well as insurance claim systems.
7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
8. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards related to marketing and insurance.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner.
