We identify all of the individual’s treating providers and include their input when developing the individual’s plan of care. We then develop clinical interventions to help our members navigate the medical, behavioral health, and developmental disability systems as well as access community resources to address their needs.

Job Details
The Senior Analyst will solve diverse problems through creative use of data to reach business goals. This position will organize, manage and analyze healthcare date to optimize business operations. Working with the Vice President, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Applications, the Analyst will implement, support and use a data strategy ensuring data is accessible, secured, timely, accurate, and consistent. The analyst will work with technical and business organizations to enable and ensure reporting needs of DHS, CMS, EHS leadership and others.
This position will work with members of the leadership team and various staff members to ensure business functions are effectively supported with various enterprise applications. The analyst will help identify enhancements, updates and fixes to these applications and manage the implementation.

Experience Required:
8 years + experience working in a matrix organization with a focus on process integration across multiple platforms
This position will work with members of the leadership team and various staff members to ensure business functions are effectively supported with various enterprise applications. The analyst will help identify enhancements, updates and fixes to these applications and manage the implementation.
Responsibilities and Attributes for Success:
- Compile and organize healthcare data
- Understand data storage and data sharing methods
- Investigate data to find patterns and trends
- Utilize different data sources for analysis
- Convert data into usable information that is easy to understand
- Develop reports and presentations
- Use healthcare data to help deliver optimal healthcare management and achieve administrative needs and goals
- Relate healthcare business operations to data and applications
- Work with management and other staff to define opportunities for improvement in data and applications
- Develop creative short term and long term solutions for business problems using data
- Collect and develop data governance artifacts (Conceptual Data Models, Data Architecture, Data Policies, Data Lineage,
Experience Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field with a relevant advanced degree (MHA or MBA) preferred
- Experience in Medicaid and Managed Care.
8 years + experience working in a matrix organization with a focus on process integration across multiple platforms
- Experience in Analytic role
- Proficiency with SQL and analysis tools
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Knowledge of data governance concepts and tools
- Knowledge of data management systems, ETL frameworks,
- Knowledge of HIPAA, NIST and other security requirements
- Basic knowledge in generating process documentation including workflow and data modeling techniques
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing and documentation
- Experience in conducting cost/benefit analysis, impact analysis, GAP analysis, RISK analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external (clients, state bodies, vendors)
- Process orientation with strong organizational/leadership and analytic skills(troubleshooting, attention to detail)
- Experience engaging all levels of an organization in a collaborative and confident style that engenders credibility
