Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
2. Utilize llms, Python, and AI to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
3. Drive the fine-tuning-as-a-service process, utilizing Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) techniques.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
5. Lead the development and execution of complex data projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
6. Continually monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of models, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science or machine learning role, preferably in the tech services industry.
3. Proficiency in llms, Python, AI, and other relevant technologies.
4. Demonstrated experience with fine tuning-as-a-service, Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), and Direct Preference Optimization (DPO).
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Proven track record of managing complex data projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality results on time.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in the field of data science and machine learning.
9. Strong passion for leveraging data to drive business success.
