Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Demo Project Manager/Estimator to support public and private projects in the Greater Philadelphia Region! The Demo PM/Estimator’s primary duty is to assess the costs and resources required and manage Demolition projects throughout the region.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
Five+ years of experience in the demolition industry
Thorough understanding of cost estimating and budget projections
Bid and manage public and private demolition contracts to completion
Strong knowledge of demolition practices, methods, materials, and safety regulations
Assess job opportunities by reviewing plans, and specifications, and visiting job sites
Ability to effectively present estimates to upper management, clients, and stakeholders
Familiar with building codes and regulations

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience:
Ten years of experience in Heavy Civil Constriction relevant to this region
Certified PE
OSHA and/or other applicable safety certifications and training
