Responsibilities:

As the Senior Director of FP&A, you will:

1. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making across all business units.
3. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and growth opportunities.
4. Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports and analyses to the executive team and board of directors.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
6. Oversee the management of multiple entities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
7. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Senior Director of FP&A role, you must have:

1. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the tech services or retail industry.
3. Experience managing multi-entity financial operations.
4. Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
7. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive financial performance and growth.
8. Proficiency in financial software and systems, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
