Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Revenue Cycle for our Accounting and Finance team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Revenue Cycle team.
- Develop and implement strategies for the Billing, Collections, Cash Posting, and Customer Service functions.
- Oversee the operations of the revenue cycle department to meet business goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, as well as state, federal and local laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance cash flow and improve revenue.
- Optimize the use of CRM software for revenue operations.
- Develop and maintain departmental reports and KPIs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement new systems to maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement the company's financial plans and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
- Proven experience in managing the revenue cycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and revenue operations optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and influence company strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing company.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Well informed in current financial subjects, tax laws, money market and business environments.
