Job Details

  • Lead and scale a global Field Application / Customer Engineering team supporting Tier-1 datacenter, AI, networking, and telecom customers.
  • Drive design-win execution by serving as a trusted advisor to system architects, hardware engineers, and technical executives.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to align technical strategy with business goals, accelerating adoption of our advanced timing solutions.
  • Translate customer and application insights into roadmap inputs, training programs, and technical collateral that enable sales success.
  • Establish us as a thought leader through industry presentations, application notes, and engagement with ecosystem partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; M.S. preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Field Application Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Applications/Design Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven success building and managing global customer-facing engineering teams that directly support datacenter, AI, networking, or telecom customers (datacenter strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, signal integrity, clocking, and timing design practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence customer design decisions, drive solutions from concept to production, and connect technical outcomes to business impact.

Preferred Experience

  • Timing / Clocking Expertise: Hands-on familiarity with oscillators (XO, TCXO, VCXO, OCXO, MEMS), frequency synthesizers, PLLs, clock generators, buffers, and low-jitter / phase-noise optimization.
  • Market Exposure: Direct experience supporting or selling into datacenter and infrastructure customers, or prior leadership at timing-centric companies (e.g., Marvell, Silicon Labs, IDT/Renesas, Microchip, Analog Devices, OnSemi, TDK, Epson, Aura, etc.).
  • Track record of collaboration across engineering, sales, and product marketing to influence roadmap and drive customer adoption.
