Job Details

We're engineering firm that specializes in multi-family, hotels, assisted living facilities and all types of commercial projects. We are licensed in 20+ states and work on projects all throughout the south east.

Job Description:

  • Designing electrical systems for a variety of structures from start to finish
  • Performing field surveys on existing structures
  • Responding to RFIs and permit comments
  • Coordinating with mechanical discipline for a cohesive drawing package
  • Work with designers and engineers to create construction documents using REVIT.
  • Read, understand, and draft design instructions provided by the engineering team.
  • Revise and modify existing projects based on new information or permit comments.
  • Learn and fine tune drafting skills based on the JLC standards.
  • Work with a positive attitude and open mind.
  • Maintain safe and clean working area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in REVIT.
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule, meet deadline and work under pressure
  • Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work independently or in small groups
