Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, ensuring they meet all requirements and standards.
  • Utilize your expertise in Revit to create detailed electrical system designs.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Apply your knowledge of LEED to design sustainable and energy-efficient systems.
  • Review and approve electrical drawings and specifications, ensuring they comply with all applicable codes and standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on complex system design.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other electrical design software.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Knowledge of LEED and experience designing sustainable and energy-efficient systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to work effectively both remotely and in the office.
