Job Details
- Lead the design and integration of electrical systems across complex projects
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, spending ~30–50% of your time guiding their growth
- Own projects from concept to production, aligning teams toward technical excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to align on vision
- Participate in business development by providing early technical input and scoping support
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar
- 3+ years designing custom electronic systems (mixed-signal, digital, power)
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers
- Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Eligibility to work on export-controlled projects (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, etc.)
Bonus (NOT REQUIRED) if You Have:
- Master’s degree or graduate-level R&D experience
- Background in consulting, startups, or fast-paced technical teams
- Expertise designing for aerospace, medical, or automotive environments
