We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our elite team of engineers. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from the design and development of cutting-edge electrical systems to the implementation and management of complex engineering projects. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and circuit design, and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, and systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
2. Leading complex engineering projects from conception to completion, managing all aspects of project execution including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Conducting detailed circuit design and power system analysis, applying your knowledge of AutoCAD, embedded systems, and control systems design.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant IEEE and ANSI standards in all projects.
5. Conducting arc flash studies and using SKM software for power system analysis.
6. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
7. Preparing and presenting technical reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.
8. Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
9. Staying updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and integrating them into operations and activities.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer certification is preferred.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on circuit design, power systems, and project management.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, embedded systems, and control systems design.
4. Extensive knowledge of IEEE and ANSI standards.
5. Experience with SKM software and conducting arc flash studies.
6. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects to successful completion.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
9. A continuous learner, staying abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
10. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
