Civil Engineering firm looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in any of our office locations. This is a full-time, immediate opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with at least 10 years of experience in the design of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, network infrastructure, and instrumentation/control systems.

Job Details

In this role, you will:
Lead the development of construction documents, including calculations, drawings, and specifications
Supervise and mentor electrical engineers and designers
Conduct field investigations to gather design data
Collaborate directly with clients
Provide construction administration support throughout the project lifecycle

Desired Qualifications and Experience
Solid understanding of the Architectural/Engineering (A/E) and building design consulting industry.
Experience in the design of electrical systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or actively working toward licensure.
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), International Building Codes, and Energy Codes.
Proficiency in design and analysis tools, including AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Design Master Electrical, Microsoft Office Suite, EasyPower (for arc flash analysis), and lighting design software.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BSEE or equivalent)
