Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about Electrical Engineering and Commercial Construction. This is a permanent, full-time role where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects, from planning to implementation. If you are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! Must be comfortable managing $10M+ projects, and roughly a $100M portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing all phases of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
3. Preparing and reviewing project plans, specifications, and contracts.
4. Coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
5. Providing technical guidance and expertise to team members.
6. Overseeing project design, development, and testing processes.
7. Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations and safety standards.
8. Conducting project risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
9. Providing electrical estimating services to support bidding and project cost control.
10. Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Senior Electrical Project Manager position, you must have the following:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Project Management within the Electrical and Commercial Construction industry.
3. Proven experience in electrical estimating.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety standards.
5. Proficient in using project management software.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
10. Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
11. Professional Engineer (PE) designation is a plus.
