Job Details
Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California.
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
10+ years of legal experience, with a minimum of 5 years in labor and employment law and/or class action work.
First chair trial experience, with a minimum of 3-5 matters to verdict or near verdict.
Strong litigation background with experience handling wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and class actions.
Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed.
Demonstrated experience in managing legal teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing junior staff.
