Job Details
We are seeking a candidate who prioritizes their role as an Engineer foremost and an Analyst second. The successful applicant should demonstrate a proven ability to conceptualize designs in response to intricate performance specifications. This includes the analytical validation of conceptual designs through the proficient use of contemporary Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software. The candidate will be responsible for articulately presenting the results of these efforts to clientele through technical presentations and reports.

Hands-on application of technical analysis and engineering skills, utilizing software such as FEMAP, Nastran, Creo, and other engineering tools.
Practical Experience:
Application of practical, hands-on experience to develop reliable design intuition and interpret analysis results critical to supporting customers.
Communication Proficiency:
Exceptional communication skills, encompassing polished technical writing and extensive experience in coordinating and delivering technical presentations.
Analytical Thinking:
Critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving in the engineering domain.

Job Requirements:
Citizenship:
Must be authorized/eligible to work in the US in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Work Experience:
3-10 years of work experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on finite element analysis, solid modeling, and predictive analytical tools.
Education:
Undergraduate degree in either mechanical or aerospace engineering. Master’s or Ph.D.-level graduate work or degree is preferred.
Industry Experience:
Preferred experience in a military or aerospace engineering environment, especially in applying military standards and designing in compliance with military performance specifications.
Customer Interaction:
Proven experience in directly interacting with customers through presentations or technical reporting.
