Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the overall objectives of the company.
- Oversee the product development process from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Utilize technical leadership skills to guide the team in solving complex engineering problems.
- Manage the operations of the engineering department, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges and obstacles.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and a positive work culture.
- Provide leadership in program management, effectively coordinating multiple projects and ensuring their successful execution.

- Implement and improve engineering processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering management role.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and product development.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement and technical leadership.
- Strong operations management skills, with an ability to manage resources effectively.
- Experience in risk management and team management.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated experience in program management and change management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of process engineering.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically and innovatively.
