Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry or private equity.
3. Strong financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
4. Proficient in SQL and experienced in using business intelligence tools.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information and concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
8. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
