Job Details
The Senior Financial Analyst collaborates across departments to deliver actionable recommendations and lead improvements in financial processes and reporting.
Location: Irvine, CA – Hybrid (2 days onsite), minimal travel
Financial Strategy & Analysis
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
· Build and maintain financial and scenario models
· Conduct performance, cost, and service accounting analysis to support decisions
· Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives
· Recommend strategies to optimize capital allocation and mitigate risks
· Execute ad hoc financial projects and special initiatives
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Prepare and present KPI-driven reports to senior management
· Ensure data accuracy via validation and reconciliation
· Calculate commissions and performance-based bonuses
· Mentor junior analysts and drive team development
Skills & Experience
· 6+ years experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· Intermediate to advanced Excel; VBA/Macros, SQL, Power BI a plus
· Experience with ERP implementations or process improvements or cost accounting/service accounting
