Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess investments, evaluate business performance, and test scenario outcomes.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights through executive reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Monitor core financial indicators, analyze variances, and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and refine annual budgets and recurring forecast cycles.
  • Perform profitability studies and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly close activities by providing detailed financial analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain data accuracy and alignment across financial systems and reports.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and best practices to strengthen the company’s financial strategy and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communicator capable of presenting complex information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
