Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Finance Analyst will work intimately with financial & operational data to provide insights to decision-makers. This hands-on, individual contributor role will report to the VP of Finance and provide data analytics support to the finance, operations, M&A, and integration teams. Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst will play an important role in integrating new acquisitions into business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and reliable financial insights and projections to the VP of FP&A and exec team.
• Prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
• Discover and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support in the due diligence process during both pre & post LOI periods.
• Assist the corporate finance team with the integration of new acquisitions onto the platform.

Assist with budgeting/planning process and reporting.
