Job Details

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

You will be a key contributor in developing, improving, and maintaining our FP&A systems, reporting processes and data analytics
You will be a subject matter expert for our planning and reporting solutions
You will drive the development of scalable reporting processes and analytics that provide business insights into metrics and trends, which are relevant and digestible to senior leadership team and business partners
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving financial reporting processes, modeling, reporting, and analysis through BI technologies
Own our planning and reporting solution and be responsible for internal financial reporting and data accuracy
Design, build and automate financial reports and models using various reporting tools
Foster a data driven environment and be able to tell stories with data, as well as using your skill to surface insights through analytics and visualizations
Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting package that includes comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboard reporting, analysis of key business, revenue and cost trends, actual versus budget variances and comprehensive executive level explanations of difference
Assist in preparing the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and management financial presentations
Assist the FP&A team to complete business deliverables for forecasting, reporting, budgeting and other corporate requirements
Assess ongoing FP&A processes and tools for continuous improvement and automation opportunities
Lead projects and ad hoc requests from management team
Develops performance reports. Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
Leads development of business cases using appropriate indices
Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions.
. Requirements:
QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
EXPERIENCE:

5-7 total years of experience
3+ years of experience in FP&A or equivalent and own end to end financial reporting process
3 years of budgeting, forecasting and variance reporting
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

Strong experience in building models in MS Excel
Superior capacities and great passion in building models/reports
Outstanding software and system skills
