Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the financial lead for assigned programs, working closely with integrated product teams (IPTs).
  • Develop and review Estimates at Completion (EACs), including labor and material analysis, month-end reports, and spend plans.
  • Monitor program risks and opportunities and incorporate them into EAC updates.
  • Support contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with baselines, values, and government guidelines.
  • Manage cost and revenue forecasting in various business systems.
  • Establish and maintain project structures (WBS) and implement timely updates in ERP systems.
  • Partner with business development on revenue forecasts for new opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and reporting to support program performance.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, math, or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience).
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting practices required.
  • Revenue recognition experience required.
  • Experience working with various contract types required.
  • U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance required.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) is a plus.
