Job Details

Position Overview: Our Senior Financial Analyst will be the primary FP&A operator. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director will provide data-driven financial insights to support sustained and strategic growth in the marketplace.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Operate within existing financial model, providing input for improvements / developments
  • Data driven financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision making initiatives
  • Department level, location level, and enterprise level financial story telling
  • Continued analysis and optimization of labor, systems, vendors, and cost centers
  • Corporate development and M&A support, both front and back end
  • Provide leadership with clear financial reporting and insights
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years FP&A experience
  • Multi-site healthcare experience
  • PE-Backed company experience
  • Strong modeling & analysis skillset
  • Growth company experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
