Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to provide financial and business analytics to ensure that our teams have the information and context necessary to make sounds decisions. By regularly delivering reporting and analysis, this key role sheds light on current and future business trends. A great Senior Financial Analyst is self-motivated, exhibits superb attention to detail, possesses exceptional technical skills, and communicates effectively with all levels throughout the organization.

Lead components of the annual plan and ongoing financial forecasts
Create and maintain reports to monitor performance indicators, develop insights, and analyze causes of variance to the annual plan and ongoing financial forecasts
Develop materials to support monthly period results and quarterly earnings announcements. Understand and communicate the differences between our internal forecast and consensus
Partner with cross functional teams, including Brand Partners (aka, franchisees), to develop business cases for strategic company initiatives
Prepare financial and business-related analysis using key financial metrics for value quantification (ROI, IRR, break-even)
Execute analysis to help identify revenue and margin-enhancing initiatives for our system
Work with large data sets to understand key business drivers, then translate the findings into insights and actions, as well as their implications for the overall business
Develop and enhance dashboards using proper data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate data insights
Continuously look to improve and streamline processes
Ad hoc requests as needed
Other duties as assigned
