Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Extract, interpret, and analyze financial and operational data using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and SQL to support business performance evaluation.

2. Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, risk assessment, and investment analysis.

3. Support monthly commission calculations and performance-based bonus distributions, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

4. Analyze financial impact of pricing changes and develop pricing recommendations based on data

5. Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.

6. Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial objectives are achieved.

7. Conduct in-depth data validation and reconciliation to maintain data integrity and consistency across financial systems.

8. Monitor, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and providing insights that influence strategic business decisions.

9. Deliver clear, data-backed presentations and reports to senior leadership, offering insights on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.

10. Design, create, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate financial performance to stakeholders.

11. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives led by executive leadership, offering analytical support and project ownership.




Qualifications:
1. 4+ years relevant experience
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3. Must have Advanced SQL proficiency
4. Must have strong data analysis capabilities
