We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Fire Alarm Specialist/Programmer to join our dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining fire alarm systems for our clients. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Design and install fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Program and troubleshoot fire alarm systems, including NICET, EST3, and Notifier.
- Conduct regular maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues on fire alarm systems.
- Train and mentor junior team members on fire alarm systems and programming.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements in fire alarm technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire alarm system design, installation, and programming.
- NICET certification is required.
- Experience with EST3 and Notifier fire alarm systems is essential.
- Strong programming skills are required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
