Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis and commentary to stakeholders, investors, and executives.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, business decisions, and potential investments.
  • Prepare and present high-quality financial presentations to stakeholders, investors, and executives, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights.
  • Drive the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, including headcount reporting, ensuring accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Lead ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and inputs for financial planning and analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve financial dashboards to track business performance and highlight areas of concern or opportunity.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. MBA, CPA, or FLDP strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
