Responsibilities:
As a Senior FP&A Manager, you will:
1. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision making, business planning, and performance tracking.
3. Utilize Hyperion for financial reporting and analysis, enhancing its use and capabilities within the organization.
4. Drive the implementation and optimization of SaaS solutions for financial management, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
6. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
7. Stay abreast with the latest trends in Fintech, leveraging them to enhance financial operations and performance.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior FP&A Manager position will have:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on financial planning and analysis.
3. Proven expertise in Fintech, SaaS, Financial Modeling, Hyperion, and Financial Analysis.
4. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from financial data.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence strategic decisions and drive organizational growth.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate and respond to business needs in a timely and efficient manner.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other financial software.
10. A professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
